Traveling to a favorite country is definitely a dream for everyone, I'm so lucky that my favorite country is in Asia as it's not that hard for me to travel to and also I get a chance to visit there. Visiting Taiwan for the first time was so nervous, I need to make sure that I will pass the immigration with my travel visa. Even though I had asked some of my blogger friends about travel visa and they told me that it will be okay, but I'm just a little bit worried, I guess it was my bad habit to worry much. Till the day when I finally pick up my luggage and go to the airport, I still can't believe 2018 will be the year where I could celebrate my birthday by solo traveling. I was trembling with excitement on this trip.
After landed and I reach Taipei Main station where my capsule hotel located, I kinda wait like two hours there, because, in Taipei, the usual check-in hour is 3 pm ( I will share in another post about this capsule hotel). The first destination that I wanted to visit is definitely Chiang Kai Shek memorial hall. The Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall is definitely one of the most iconic landmark in Taipei. I actually don't really know much about this place till I had googled it and find out this is the building to dedicated to President Chiang as you can tell by the name. That's why the name is Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. I never thought that this place could be visited easily by MRT.
There are four sides in this place and it open for the public as well. Everyone shares them smile to feel the moment even in the park, It is an open area that not only crowded by the tourist but also local there. A lot of people using this place for big gatherings or events, I saw some of them doing dance practice even Tai-chi, elderly people strolling and some of then walking the dog in this place. It is a nice place to visit.
