In 2022, so much has happened. It has been my most breakthrough year since 2017, I guess. Yeah, it all began when I made the decision to leave everything behind and move forward to the next step. As I admit, it has been a lengthy process. I've always known that process is a "thing" that keeps me on fire. I guess I'm lucky that I'm not the only one who craves instant gratification. I also feel blessed by the fact that I've already jumped into the working field, but I didn't lose myself in the things I always wanted. But again, it might take months or even years to achieve that. I've got to say thanks to me for keeping on track.
2022 has been a watershed moment for me, as I will finally be able to return home after three years separated by the pandemic. My main priority for the first half of the year was to spend more time at home with family. We've been spending quality time for more than four months, I guess. One of the things that made me feel better was that I was able to spend some time with my grandmother this year before she passed away. This also allows people to learn more about spending time with the right people, which is one of the things that is irreplaceable. Continue with my resignation from my previous job, which has been my comfort zone for the past couple of years, then travel for almost two months with my love after being in a long-distance relationship for more than a year. It's not enough for just two months and would never be enough, but we both promise to each other that this is a test for us to let each of us build the future that we want, and after that, it's time to spend the rest of our time together.
Finally, if I really want to talk about moving to Japan, it's insane. I started my exam preparation, which took less than a month, but I surprisingly passed the test, which became my entrance ticket to move to Japan. I moved here in October, have a bunch of great friends, nice but funny classmates, and also a lot of teachers who are strict toward us but also build us up at the same time. I planned to get a job after my three months of getting used to Japan's life, but ended up getting an invitation job as a translator and administrator within a month of living here. I'm also becoming a Chinese and English teacher here, and I also have two Japanese students now. Now I've just moved into a new apartment, for which I received a lot of assistance from the agent and the company, despite the fact that I'm still a new foreign student with all the necessary documents, and I have to go to the city hall for document inquiries in Japanese. It's insane. I'm also surrounded by positive and good friends who are always helping me whenever I need them. It's mind-boggling to consider all of the good and positive things that have come into my life. I'm really grateful and blessed.
As I do every year, I'll do a brief recap of what happened in the previous twelve months to remind myself and reflect on how productive my year was. 2022 has truly transformed everything for the future; now for 2023. I have to really put things on. Since last year, I've chosen to relax and prepare more items for my bucket list. And for the next year plan. A lot of things will happen, and I'll probably get 33/100 of my bucket list. Besides my studies and my job's plan. New videos for my YouTube channel will come, and a lot of songs that I wrote will be included in them. New reels and types of video will be shown more on my social media. I'm trembling with excitement for this. I hope you guys are too!
Thank you so much for an incredible year in 2022. Welcome, dear 2023! Let's Rock!
