10K RUN!

Achievement unlocked!

I actually had written down on my bucket list that I will join 5K run for the last year. Sadly, for some reason I couldn't make it. But promise is a promise. Then I got the chance to do the 5K run this year, but sadly it's not available 'cause so many ppl have signed up already so I challenged my own limits to join 10K! Running is definitely not my strongest hobby but since I've sign it, let's give it a try! As read so much articles on the internet and even asking some pro-runner, they said the hardest part of running is the beginning. I guess I know what are they talking about now. That dizzy just come without sign (Especially for the newbie). When started running, I can easily reach 1KM sign, I was like ''what? 1KM already, just left another 9KM, oh.. that's easy''. WELL. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THOUGHT EVER! I REPEAT! EVER! Feel dizzy from 1KM to about 3KM!

But after that, after your body get used with it. it should be okay for the rest.

Well. I actually still can't believe that I can finish it on one and half hours. I know it's a little bit slow. Slow but sure. It's pretty cool for a newbie like me. Looking forward for the next run! (maybe half marathon 21k? Who knows ) *tips : For a newbie like me, I suggest to get enough sleep on the day before and remember to have your proper breakfast. Some of the article write about eating bananas for boosting or something, but since we aren't a professional and experience runner, only bananas are definitely not enough (PS : I'm having Satay and Chicken burger with cheese before doing this.)
