I have gone to Jakarta couple times, and it always feels great. I remembered my last trip to Jakarta was around 9 years ago with my dad. My main concern at that time was only to visiting my grandma. She went to the hospital because of her arm broken. Yeah, Even we went there in Christmas and New Year Holiday, I think I'm not supposed to call that trip as a holiday. Anyway, the reason why went to Jakarta always felt great, it's because Jakarta just like my another hometown. Both of my parents living in Jakarta for about more than 10 years. My sister and my brother also born in there. Even I wasn't born in Jakarta, but it always feels familiar. My family has known the street, still able find the old but famous food there. This trip we met up in Jakarta. I took a flight from Semarang to Jakarta while they took from Batam. Finally, we were having a 4 days short trip to Jakarta and be able to meet my grandma! We visited Dunia Fantasi (DUFAN) after thirteen years long.. It's kinda back to childhood.
